The most commonly affects women after menopause, and then manifests itself in loss of bone mass, especially hip bones that become very brittle, due to the outflow of calcium. Therefore, it is important to avoid foods in your regular diet that destroy the calcium in your body and you shell minimize:

Higher intake of caffeine (more than 2 cups of coffee per day)

Higher intake of protein (meat)

Enhanced intake of sodium (salt)
