Every person was advised on how to maintain a diet, feed properly and increase physical activity. Afterwards, the participants were divided into 2 groups-41 of them had to drink half liter of water before each meal, whereas 43 persons had to act as if they were sated before meals. Also, in total, all those who drank water lost more kilograms than those who did not.
