If your coconut oil is solid, melt it before mixing it with the herbs.

Next, put the pan in preheated oven at 150 degrees for 3-5 hours.

6. Turmeric with dried ginger root and fenugreek powder Mix well equal quantities of turmeric powder, dried ginger powder and fenugreek powder. Then, take a teaspoon of the mixture together with warm water.
