Coconut Chai

This amazing coconut chai recipe will provide you with antioxidants and anti-aging and preventive properties.

● 2 cups of spring or filtered water ● 1 tablespoon of chai tea mix (cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, licorice, tea leaves) ● 1 whole star fennel ● 2 whole green cardamom husks ● 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder ● Homemade coconut milk or canned coconut milk (you can also use nut milk if you like) ● Organic honey or coconut sugar for taste (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Preparation:

1. Put the water in some pot and combine it with chai mix and the rest of the spices. 2. Allow the mixture to boil and then lower the heat. Cook it on low temperature for 10 minutes. This will be enough for the spices to infuse. 3. Filtrate the mixture through some gauze and fill the cups 2/3 full. Then add the coconut milk in the cups and the honey if you like to sweeten it.
