Here is the recipe:

* 4 cm / 1.5 inch ginger root * 4 unpeeled lemons * 4 cloves garlic * 2 liters / 67.6 oz filtered water

Method of preparation:

At first, wash the lemons well, and cut them into slices. Then, clean the ginger root and the garlic cloves as well. Mix all the ingredients in a blender, and mix them.

Next, heat the mixture in a pan and add the water, Stir continuously until it starts to boil. Then, remove it from heat and leave it to cool.  Strain, and pour the remedy into bottles, and store them in the refrigerator.

You should consume this remedy twice daily, once in the morning, on an empty stomach, and in the evening, a few hours before going to bed.
